By using Our Gift Circle, you agree to the following simple terms that keep our space respectful, fun, and secure.

1. Your Responsibility – You’re responsible for the content you add—gift ideas, comments, product links—and for making sure it doesn’t infringe on anyone else’s rights or violate any laws.
2. Sharing Thoughtfully – Only share your wish lists with people you trust. Our Gift Circle lets you control who sees what, but use common sense when sharing.
3. Role‑Aware Circles – Lists shared with circles respect roles: owners manage, members view. Our Gift Circle enforces these boundaries so you stay in control.
4. Surprise Protection – To keep the joy of giving alive, reservations and purchases remain hidden until after the occasion.
5. One Account, One Person – Accounts should be used by individuals. No bots, duplicate accounts, or impersonation.
6. No Misuse – Please don’t hack, overload, spam, or otherwise disrupt the site. We’re here to keep the experience smooth for everyone.
7. Authentication & Redirects – Our Gift Circle uses Microsoft Entra External ID for secure sign‑in. We return you to your intended page after login without storing unnecessary data.
8. Free & Ad‑Free – Our Gift Circle is completely free to use and ad‑free, supported by community donations.
9. Data Retention & Deletion – You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. We process requests promptly and remove backups within a reasonable period.
10. Changes to These Terms – We may update these terms as our platform grows. We’ll post updates here and let users know about major changes.
